Custom Terms and Services

"Custom Terms and Services" refers to specific terms and conditions or legal agreements tailored to the unique needs and requirements of a particular business or service. These terms outline the rules, obligations, and expectations governing the use of the product, platform, or service provided by a company. Unlike generic terms of service, custom terms are crafted to address specific aspects of the company's offerings, such as proprietary features, data handling practices, payment terms, or user responsibilities. Custom Terms and Services help protect the company's interests, clarify user rights and responsibilities, and ensure legal compliance within the context of its unique business model and operations.

Getting Started:

To access the Custom Terms and Services screen, the user simply needs to log in to the ePRINTit SaaS and on the menu bar navigate to the Configuration/Settings/Custom Terms and Services area. This feature is managed by permissions and the user must be also associated with a group that allows the user to access this option. Editing the Terms and Services

At to top right corner, select the customer.

Read the existing Terms and Services.

Click on the Edit button, and add personalized Terms and Services policies.

After adding texts, click on the Save button to save the Custom Terms and Services.
